We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
The item must be in its original packaging.
All accessories, parts, and tags must be included.
Proof of purchase must be provided.

If your return is approved, we will provide specific instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at support@droplyhub.com with clear photos or videos so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Hazardous materials or flammable items
🔄 Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
